Job Summary

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, responding to customer inquiries across online platforms, and supporting daily sales activities to enhance customer experience and service.

Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and provide accurate information on the company’s products and services

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

Process customer transactions and support daily store operations efficiently

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and daily sales activities

Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store customer experience

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk operations

Experience using POS systems and scanning tools is an added advantage

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment

Salary

NGN 120,000 – 150,000 Monthly
