Summary

They are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate their team of Sales Canvassers
The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of sales canvassers, drive sales growth, and ensure the achievement of targets.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a field sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales canvassers.
Train, mentor, and motivate canvassers to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer base.
Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management.
Accompany canvassers in the field to provide guidance and support.
Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and product information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (mechanics, retailers, transport companies, etc.).
Gather market intelligence and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
Requirements

OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, lubricants, or automotive products.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales growth.
Ability to work in the field and travel as required.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
