Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and memorable customer experience.
You will help deliver beautifully packaged gifts, support corporate and custom orders, and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets while upholding our brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure an exceptional in-store experience through warm, personalized customer service.
Oversee product displays, gift wrapping stations, and merchandise arrangement.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to avoid shortages.
Handle point-of-sale operations, manage transactions, and resolve customer issues professionally.
Track daily sales performance and provide reports to management.
Train team members on product knowledge, personalization options, and gift presentation.
Support execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and pop-up events.
Assist with the coordination of corporate gift orders and special requests.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop proposals and marketing materials.
Oversee sales performance across all channels, including online and in-store.
Required skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
3 – 4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales.
Solid understanding of retail sales, customer service, and merchandising.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficient in POS systems, basic inventory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Passion for creativity, presentation, and the art of gifting.
Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Experience in the gifting or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
