Reports To: SAP Lead / Finance / Manufacturing / Logistic / IT Head

Role Purpose

Act as a bridge between business and SAP,ensuring effective system usage, solving business issues, and driving continuous improvement and digital adoption across modules.

Key Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end business processesand align SAP usage accordingly

Act as the first point of contactfor SAP-related queries and resolve issues with a business-first approach

Guide users on best practices and correct system usage

Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation and digital initiatives

Ensure master data accuracy and process discipline

Support SAP enhancements, testing and system upgrades

Prepare SOPs and conduct user training sessions

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions

Experience & Qualification

Background in Finance / Operations / IT

Experience in SAP implementation/support projects

Key KPIs

Quality and effectiveness of issue resolution

Improvement in business process efficiency

User adoption and system utilization

Data accuracy and compliance

Key Skills:

Hands-on SAP knowledge across any modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.)

Deep understanding of business processes and controls

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)

Good communication and stakeholder management.

Salary

N500,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
