Job Description

Our client is recruiting a highly experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure effective financial management across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background working with reputable institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial operations.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory filings.

Provide financial analysis and strategic advisory support to management.

Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff.

Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in related field.

Gender: Male (to support organizational gender balance).

Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).

Minimum of 7 years’ relevant accounting experience, including experience at a senior level.

Prior experience in the healthcare sector, banking sector, or a reputable well-established organization.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Salary

N500,000 / month.
