Responsibilities

Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.

Develop and inspect land surveying projects.

Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues.

Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings.

Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.

Ability to work under pressure.

Salary

N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
