About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will conduct final-stage interviews, develop assessment frameworks, analyze candidate data, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment process.

This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proven ability to manage senior-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead final interviews for senior and executive positions, leveraging reports and insights from the Talent Acquisition team.

Develop and implement standardized assessment templates to support structured decision-making.

Analyze candidate performance data and provide insights to inform hiring recommendations.

Collaborate with the Performance team to track post-hire outcomes and ensure alignment with interview results.

Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.

Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition team members.

Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies.

Key Performance Indicators

Time-to-hire for senior and executive roles

Quality of hire, measured through performance and feedback

Candidate satisfaction and experience ratings

Effectiveness of the interview process

Diversity and inclusion outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and executive-level hiring

Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and stakeholder management

Strong interviewing, assessment, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with HR assessment tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualification

Master’s Degree or professional HR/recruitment certification

Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Salary

N900,000 / month.
