About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Planning Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise service delivery operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely, high-quality service implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Network Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all service delivery and field deployment activities to meet customer requirements and company standards.

Oversee service planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance of installations and deployments.

Supervise solution architecture, service planning specialists, and field engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Drive service quality improvement, documentation compliance, and adherence to SLAs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure all materials, bandwidth, and support structures meet quality benchmarks.

Provide technical presales support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule:

Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Work Mode: On-site for the first 3 months; hybrid/remote flexibility thereafter (based on operational needs)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecoms/ICT/ISP service delivery, planning, or operations.

Professional certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or Mikrotik are required; Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, Microwave/Fibre technologies, and network design (HLD/LLD).

Proven leadership, coordination, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.

Salary Range

N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
