Job Summary

As the first face of Bold & Timeless (BT), the Showroom Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving in-store sales, and ensuring smooth order processing.

This is a multi-functional role suited to a proactive, well-organized professional who can manage daily operations, liaise with production, and uphold the brand’s bold yet timeless spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations:

Welcome clients with grace, professionalism, and deep product knowledge

Provide styling support and guide clients through made-to-order processes

Maintain visual standards, ensure displays and mannequins are on-brand

Track daily footfall, sales, and popular inquiries

Customer Service & Sales:

Handle in-store and phone inquiries, resolve customer concerns promptly

Use BT’s standard scripts and brand voice in all client communication

Upsell accessories or upgrades where relevant

Collect client feedback to inform showroom strategy

Order Management & Coordination:

Enter and track customer orders accurately using the internal WIP tracker

Coordinate with the production team for timelines, dispatches, and rush orders

Notify customers about production updates and pick-up/delivery schedules

Inventory & Records:

Monitor in-store samples, fabric swatches, and packaging materials

Keep daily logs for sales, pending orders, rush requests, and customer preferences

Alert management when low-stock thresholds are reached

Performance Metrics (KPI)

Daily client satisfaction rate (target: ≥ 90%)

Order accuracy and timeliness (target: ≥ 95% on-time delivery)

Monthly in-store sales revenue (target: N2m–N5m)

Showroom shrinkage: 0% loss/damage tolerance

Qualification and Skills

Interested candidates should possess an HND with a minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury fashion.

Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills

Proficiency in basic inventory systems or POS apps (Loyverse, Vend, or similar)

Organized, stylish, confident, and aligned with BT’s brand values

Comfortable multitasking and handling both customers and backend duties

Bonus if you have:

Personal interest in fashion or styling

Familiarity with custom clothing or made-to-order systems

Experience managing sales performance or small teams

Salary

N150,000 – N400,000 per month.
