Job Description

We are seeking a creative, trend-driven, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our fashion brand’s digital presence.
This is a hybrid role suited for someone with a passion for fashion, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Design and post visually compelling content—photos, videos, reels, styling tips, and product features.
Write on-brand captions, use relevant hashtags, and create calls-to-action to drive engagement.
Engage with followers: reply to DMs, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
Collaborate remotely with stylists, photographers, and influencers to develop campaigns.
Stay on top of fashion and social media trends; adapt content strategies accordingly.
Run paid ad campaigns (boosting, sponsored content) to increase reach and conversions.
Monitor analytics and report monthly performance (engagement, reach, followers, sales).
Support product launches, lookbook campaigns, and virtual events.
Requirements

HND / BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or related field.
2 – 3 years experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
Strong eye for aesthetics, style, and current fashion trends.
Proficient in the use of AI tools to create video content
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, or similar content tools.
Must have graphic design skills
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience working with fashion influencers is a plus.
