Responsibilities

Must have solar experience: Understand Lithium batteries and inverters, solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, including design, installation, and operation.
Team leadership:Guide, motivate, and build high-performing teams, coordinating their efforts efficiently.
Organizational & Time Management: The solar engineer manager will juggle multiple responsibilities, from schedules and inventory to facility maintenance.
Excellent organization and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial for keeping the office running smoothly.
Driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
Electrical and mechanical fundamentals: Possess a solid grasp of electrical circuits, energy storage, and the mechanics of support structures.
Must have experience in aftersales issues.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
