Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure products are properly displayed and organized.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate store records.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years work experience.
Experience in retail, sales, or store management is an advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer proficiency.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
