Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations across our Victoria Island and Ikeja locations.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise store staff, and maintain accurate stock records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the store
Supervise and train storekeepers and store assistants
Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with procurement and operations teams for stock planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
2 – 5 years experience in storekeeping or inventory management
Prior supervisory experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and accountability

Working Conditions:

Role covers both Victoria Island and Ikeja locations
May require occasional movement between locations

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
