Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive TechnicalProject Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of IT project methodologies and tools. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align project objectives. Track project progress and regularly report updates to the Group IT Manager. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Maintain project documentation, meeting logs, and communication records. Summarize and present project status and outcomes to the Management team. Manage software development projects within the BIRN Group. Serve as the communication bridge between internal clients and external developers. Create and maintain accurate documentation related to each project. Log and track meetings, action items, and follow-ups. Provide high-level project summaries and insights to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience managing IT/software development projects. Familiarity with the Microsoft Tech Stack, especially Azure DevOps and GitHub. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
