The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
Develop and monitor project schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project delivery.
Supervise the day-to-day execution of telecom infrastructure projects across assigned sites.
Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular status updates to management.
Coordinate site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct routine site inspections and Technical Site Surveys (TSS) to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Track project costs, monitor resource utilization, and report budget variances to the Project Manager.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, site reports, and other project documentation.
Identify project risks, delays, and operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and resolving operational issues promptly.
Coordinate project logistics, including material deliveries, equipment availability, and workforce scheduling.
Maintain accurate project records, including change requests, inspection reports, site documentation, and project close-out documents.
Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-3 years hands-on experience in telecommunications project management, project coordination, or telecom infrastructure project supervision.
Proven experience managing or supporting telecom infrastructure projects, including tower installation, retrofit, audit, operations and maintenance, wireless network deployment, or broadband installations.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost tracking, and project reporting.
Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is highly desirable.
Preferred certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional),or other relevant project management credentials.
Familiarity with telecom equipment such as towers, routers, switches, antennas, and transmission/network infrastructure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and conduct site inspections and Technical Site Surveys (TSS).
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Ability to manage multiple telecom projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, resource allocation, and project reporting.
Knowledge of 4G/5G network deployments, tower infrastructure, and telecom operations and maintenance.
Experience coordinating project stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and project documentation.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, quality control processes, and HSE compliance.
N200,000 / month.
