Job Description

Supports revenue growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, sales conversion, and pipeline optimization while ensuring a structured and data-driven sales process.

Responsibilities

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
Manage CRM systems, customer records, and pipeline reporting.
Develop follow-up strategies that improve customer retention and conversion.
Supervise sales activities and monitor achievement of revenue targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer performance insights.
Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience in telesales, CRM administration, or sales management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
