Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Officer to drive phone-based sales by responding to customer inquiries and initiating contact with prospective clients.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to fluently speak at least two major Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, etc.) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Accurately update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Report feedback from customers and suggest improvements to sales strategy.
Requirements

Minimum of SSCE / OND; a degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in telesales or any customer-facing sales role.
Fluency in at least two (2) major Nigerian languages is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and under pressure.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Preferred Languages:
Candidates who can fluently speak any two of the following will be prioritised:

Yoruba
Igbo
Hausa
Salary

Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
Attractive salary with commission and performance-based bonuses.
