Job Summary

The Website / IT Support Officer is responsible for maintaining the company’s website and providing technical support for computer systems, software, and IT equipment.
The role ensures that all IT systems and the website run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the company website regularly.
Monitor website performance and fix technical issues.
Provide technical support to staff for computer hardware and software problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Troubleshoot network, internet, and email issues.
Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
Assist in managing company databases and online platforms.
Set up computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Keep records of IT issues and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Degree or diploma inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Basic knowledge ofwebsite management (WordPress, HTML, or similar tools).
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
