LEAP stands for LOUNGE+ E-Accelerator Program
LEAP Program Structure
The structure shall consist of groups of 3-5 people working together with other groups, to
develop and promote their contents.
Members of the group or team shall include an/a:
~ Influencer (team lead, unless otherwise determined by other team members)
~ Graphics/Video Editor
~ Social Media Manager
~ Content developer
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Our Terms and Conditions were last updated on 06 August 2024.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the program.
There shall be no posting of:
~ pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive content.
~ violent or derogatory towards any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group.
~ content that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any unsafe or
dangerous activities.
~ obscene, offensive, or hate content
~ content that defames, misrepresents, or contains disparaging remarks about other people or
entities.
~ content that violates any law.
~ content that misrepresents or modifies the service of Lounge+ or her sister companies.
~ No posting of other people’s content
~ No posting of music/music-related content, unless explicitly approved.
~ A participant can only opt to leave the program after at least 1yr
~ Every participant is obligated to complete 80% of assigned tasks as at when due.
There shall be:
✓ Minimum of 2 original contents produced by each team per week per team
✓ Minimum of 15 mins of contents in total produced by each team per week
✓ Minimum sharing of 25 contents of other participants per week by each participant (minimum of 100/team of 4)
✓ Minimum sharing of 1 Doctors Lounge content by each participant, per week.
~ No participant may overtly or secretly create or promote their individual channels and platforms from lounge+ platforms within the one-year dedicated period.
Compensation Structure
● Every team will get 50% share of profit from their content, and the company gets 50%
● First-movers will get a bonus in the 12th month (amount to be determined)
● Completing the program for 12 months will attract a separate bonus for all participants
(including first-movers)
N/B: First movers who stay for a complete 12 months get two bonuses.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
● “Individual/Group/Team” refers to the participants in the program.
● “Company” refers to the company behind the Lounge+ E-Accelator Program.
● “Program” refers to Lounge+ E-Accelator Program (LEAP!)
● “First-mover teams” are the teams that start up a new channel.
● “Parties” refers to individuals, teams and Lounge+
● “Alternative dispute resolution” refers to negotiation, mediation or arbitration.
● “Country” refers to Nigeria.
● “Terms and Conditions” (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the program.
● “Website” refers to LEAP official site, accessible from Doctorsloungeofficial.com
● “You” means the individual and in extension, members of the team participating in the program.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing You – Individuals and Teams by extension regarding your participation in the program, the use of our website, YouTube channel, other social media platforms and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all participants of the program.
Your participation in the program, access to and use of our Website, YouTube channel and other social media platforms is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
By engaging in the program, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not go on to participate.
Your access to and participation is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the application or the website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Intellectual Property
The entire program, its original content (including Content provided by You), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Our intellectual properties must not be used in connection with any product or similar program without the prior written consent of the Company or in exceptional circumstances where it is permitted under the terms and conditions in this document.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Activities immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to participate will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate your services, you must do so in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
You will take full responsibility for any negative financial implications generating from your content where you derogate from this Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to participate after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please ensure to disengage in accordance with this terms and conditions relating to you or the circumstances.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. Where the issue seems unsolvable, parties shall take further steps to then resolve the issue via other forms of alternative dispute resolutions available in the country.
