Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate audits. Operational Oversight: Manage cash flow, expenses, procurement, and account management. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, and train non-finance staff on financial basics. Impact Alignment: Ensure financial strategies support the company’s mission. Innovation in Finance: Implement technology for efficient financial systems and support innovative financial solutions for startups. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field. professional certification – ICAN or ACCA (completed or in view). Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Finance Lead, Finance Officer, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial software (e.g., Sage One, MS Excel).
