Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations and Finance to oversee and optimize our company’s operational and financial performance.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of financial planning, business operations, and cross-functional management.

The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, financial stability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Oversee cash flow, accounting, tax, and compliance.

Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.

Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Operations:

Lead and improve organizational operational efficiency and scalability.

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.

Optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory control systems (if applicable).

Monitor performance using key metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Leadership & Strategy:

Collaborate with executive leadership to set and drive the organizational vision and strategy.

Manage and mentor operations and finance teams.

Assess and manage business risks and opportunities.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional certification is compulsory (ICAN, ACA, etc)

Proven experience 7 years -10 years in a senior financial and/or operations management role.

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas.

Salary

N600,000 – N800,000 per month.
