Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and new hire onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and help resolve workplace issues.

Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals, goal setting, and tracking employee progress.

Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and vendor management.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

HR Reporting: Provide regular HR reports to CEO / MD and stakeholders.

HR Strategy & Policies: Develop and maintain HR policies and organizational structure to align with goals and labor laws.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with team leads to align HR strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR or related field.

Experience working in Communications.

Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience working remotely in a fast-paced organisation.

Operational Experience in a fast-paced organisation.

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
