Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Managing Director.

Act as the primary point of contact between the Group Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Greet and welcome guests with grace and professionalism.

Manage phone calls and correspondence with impeccable etiquette.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Provide administrative support and handle basic inquiries.

Utilize computer systems efficiently for tasks like scheduling and communication.

Support HR and administrative teams with clerical tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor ‘s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant etc preferably supporting senior executives.

Exceptional personal presentation and grooming.

Naturally warm and engaging personality.

Excellent communication skills.

Professional and discreet demeanor.
