Location: Apapa, Lagos Job Description The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets across modern trade channels in the FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the modern trade channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as major supermarket chains and retail outlets. Negotiate trading terms including margins, credit limits, and promotional support with modern trade partners. Drive the execution of in-store activations, displays, and promotional campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to ensure consistent growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless operations. Lead, train, and supervise a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Executives. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, with a strong focus on modern trade. Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving high-volume sales. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven approach with proficiency in MS Office and sales analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Salary N500,000 – N900,000 Monthly.
