Responsibilities Design Project Delivery: Oversee and QA design deliverables, ensure clear design-to-fit-out pipeline, and own the “Zero Rework” agenda. Standardization & Templates:Build reusable space typologies, roll out “Design Kits”, and implement modular design blocks. Process & Efficiency: Establish clear SOPs, track and reduce time between concept approval and project kickoff, and collaborate with procurement and QS. Team Coaching & Coordination: Directly manage and mentor lead designers and outsourced design partners. Requirements Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years in design execution, project coordination, or technical architecture.
