Doctor of the Month: Dr. David Tamunowaribi Karibo

Early Life and Education
Dr. David was born on September 9th in Ahoada, Rivers State and grew up in Port Harcourt City. He always loved both medicine and music. His dream of becoming a doctor led him to study at the University of South China. After he graduated, he completed his training at Rivers State University Teaching Hospital and passed his exams on the first try.
Dr. David keeps learning to improve his skills. He has taken courses in healthcare administration, public speaking, writing, and digital marketing. These show his dedication to being one of the best doctors in Port Harcourt and making his patients feel cared for.
Medical Career
Today, Dr. David Karibo works as a Medical Officer in Port Harcourt. He’s known for being very caring and understanding with his patients. He is loved for his gentle and friendly approach, which makes people feel comfortable. Patients say he’s one of the best doctors in town because he really listens and cares.
A Love for Music
Dr. David also has a strong passion for music. He discovered his love for it at just six years old and started piano lessons at ten. Over the years, he has played at many concerts and events, where people admire his piano skills.
Dr. David is also the CEO of CarryEveryDream, a music group that supports talented singers and musicians from around the world. He helps musicians connect their talent with dedication and hard work. One of his big achievements in music is his piano album, GRATITUDE. This album shows his love for music and his skills on the piano.
Bringing Together Medicine and Music
To Dr. David, medicine and music are both about healing. He believes that as a doctor, he heals people’s bodies, and as a musician, he heals people’s hearts. He often plays piano at hospitals and charity events to bring peace and comfort to people who are going through hard times.
Dr. David is now working on creating music therapy programs for hospitals. His goal is to use music to help patients feel better. He’s also planning more concerts and music projects to share his gift of music with more people.
